Meet our Founder
Each of us will experience life stressors (depression, anxiety, grief and trauma), which are part of the humanistic experience. Working together can allow us to unpack unhealthy behaviors. Therapy can be the pathway to finding the root cause and uncovering triggers to develop positive strategies to maneuver through life’s challenging moments.
We provide a multitude of therapies that are designed to improve emotional and behavioral entanglement. We can also prescribe medications to treat mental health diagnoses, such as ADHD, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia, to name a few.
We used evidence-based practical techniques to bring about healing with a Christian foundational approach. Therapy along with medication management has been shown to be one of the most effective combination strategies. Let’s find a pathway together!

Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going.
